Kern Linkage

Twice I've been in for different reasons. Despite having an appointment I still wound up waiting around for hours to be seen. When I was finally put into a room, BOTH TIMES, there was used gauze on the floor. The first time the gauze was bloody. The doctors there don't seem to listen or even care. I went in with a genuine complaint and without even asking about details, the Doctor told me it was probably nothing and that if it persists (despite having persisted for half a year already) to come back and maybe he'd do something about it.
