        I always have a great time getting my nails pampered by kent. Love it here he takes his time and makes sure I'm happy before moving forward.

        City star nails is my favorite salon in the Cleveland area! I walked in and didn’t have to wait. The staff is so friendly and they do an amazing job.

        I've been getting my nails done by Kent every 2 weeks faithfully. He is very professional and has great skill. My nails look better and better every time. Everyone is extremely nice and friendly. Great place overall.

        I had KIM She was absolutely amazing the entire staff was. The guy that sits right by the cash register is so attentive and friendly! Overall great experience and my Nails look amazing:)

        I haven't had my nails done in years. Last month I decided to do them again. I went to a place in Lakewood and it was horrible. My nails looked like stinking chiclettes (that gum). I came to City Star for a fill and it was Amazing! My nails are beautiful. Ben was fantastic and I will be asking for him next time. Great price, very professional, clean. Just wonderful.

        It is October 2013 and City Star Nails has made awesome upgrades inside of the salon. Before remodeling, I personally did not feel the salon needed any improvement. That in itself is evidence of the owner having pride in his business and caring about his customers enough to go above and beyond what is necessary. For the past NINE years, I have been driving 55 min from my home in Wooster, OH to City Star Nails! I drive that distance because that is just how GREAT City Star Nails is. Anyone who has their nails professionally done KNOWS how difficult it is to find a salon that is always clean and employs professional, friendly, talented and well trained nail technicians. I promise, you will not be disappointed as City Star Nails has all of this and more. Thanks to all of you at City Star Nails! God Bless!

        I love this place, I've been going there for ten years. They always treat me well and do a great job on my fingers and toes. If something isn't right, they fix it, and the prices can't be beat. I won't let anyone else near my nails. I've since moved farther away but it's worth the drive and I'll be a lifelong customer.

        If I could choose zero stars, I would. This place isn't even worthy of one star! Poor customer service, unprofessional staff, sloppy work and unsanitary conditions is only the beginning. I will NEVER return to this place!

        I have been going to City Star Nails for over 15 years because they treat me like family. I have never had any problems with my nails and they always look great. All the employees are courteous, friendly, and make you feel like you belong there. My compliments to Kent, Kim and staff. Thanks, Kathy Rivi

        Their staffs are very friendly. Didn't have to worry about the fumes because of the exhaust vent.

        Friendly environment. There's a ventilation system installed at every table to suck away the acrylic particles and acetonic fumes. Clean environment and very well sanitized.
