Overall

Horrible customer service!! I went thru drive thru and accidently passed the voice box, I gave them my order at the window (one tall green tea) and then they refused to give me my order because its store policy that if you dont order at the voice box you have to park and walk up to the store to get your order!! They were not busy at all with no cars behind me, I told him it doesnt take long to make agreen tea and he still refused! WOW I will never return!!

Overall

This store has HORRIBLE service. There are two managers one is a lady and the other a bald guy. Both of them are so rude. Just because you are in downtown doesn't mean you shouldn't have some class!!! I expected better from Starbucks.
