Fish Wok

Fish Wok is great! Dumplings, wonton are made by the owner herself,very good taste! The grilled fish is delicious! Tucson doesn't have fish that tastes like that. They have traditional Chinese food and American favorite Chinese food. Really good restaurant!

The food was really good . I got the shredded pork and my girl friend got the beef noodle soup. Sorry there are no pictures. We were so hungry we forgot

吃了烤鱼，量大，味道好，放配菜特别大方，两个人一条鱼加好多配菜没吃完，打包带回家又吃了一顿才吃完。我们进门的时候老板正好在包饺子，热情地邀请我们尝尝，当场煮了六个现包的饺子给我们，韭菜三鲜的，特别鲜美好吃，也让我们觉得很有人情味。我们立刻问老板打听打算买他们速冻饺子。光是吃饺子就能知道他们做菜的水平，下次一定会再去尝尝其它炒菜，相信一定不会失望的。

You basically get a fresh whole fish grilled and then put in a hot pot of spices to soak up, as well as whatever other toppings you want. I recommend enoki mushrooms, any tofu, the fried gluten, LOTUS ROOT, and potatoes if you're patient. Get the numbing spicy or fragrant spicy, you won't regret it.

This is an amazing Chinese restaurant with truly authentic cuisine. Not fancy, but so good. Cold cucumbers with spicy garlic dressing is so delicious. The whole steamed fish fantastic. My waitress seemed to speak or understand very little English, making ordering a bit of a challenge, but also adding to the authenticity.

Excellent first impression. Very clean, spare, yet modern interior. We ordered a daily special for late lunch (braised dark mushroom chicken), and ate up every bite of the fresh, flavorful, generous mushrooms and chicken. Perusing the menu we saw a number of dishes that I cant wait to try - chilled pork belly appetizer sounds divine plus the unusual fish offerings (Medaka) for hotpot as well as the paper wrapped fish would appear to be must try options. Of course, the lovely Yelp reviews make me want to return for dinner to enjoy more of the genuine Chinese cuisine. This is authentic food (our server didnt speak much English, but was very helpful) in Tucson and something quite different. This is the real deal with the menu written in English and Chinese as it should be. Ill report back on the dinner experience...

Tremendous flavors. Clean and well lit interior. Their tofu dishes are both authentic and surprisingly tasty. If you arent a stranger to picking through fish, their fish in a bag is highly recommended. While the fish itself is delicious, its fattiness is what gives the broth body. Do not let that broth go to waste, it is the actual star of the dish.
