DISAPPOINTED Waste of time! Purchased a Groupon for hair removal. After the time consuming, 1st treatment, some of the hairs were gone but the vast majority never fell out. I have had laser hair removal in the past and this machine was so labor intensive and took so long, the only reason I'm giving a star is for the nice laser tech and because the facility is clean. Go elsewhere for hair removal!

For my first visit they were very cordial when I walked in and made me feel comfortable. The facial was awesome, so relaxing when massaging the pressure points. Veronica's touch was gentle and professional. After the facial my skin felt smooth and radiant without any makeup.

I'm in my late 20's and I have tried everything for my acne and I'm finally getting it under control. I've been to my primary care physician, a dermatologist, and I've tried other facials. They have a great skin care tech and she takes the time to figure out what I need to make my skin healthy. She actually figured out that I had some food allergies! I had a few chemical peels (which were sooo relaxing) and in the mean time I went to my doctor and got an allergy test. Well, it turned out I was eating all the foods I was allergic to. It's been just a few months and my skin is more clear than it's ever been! Thank you.
